1. The dynamic transfer load of the transport flat trailer is: ≥ 17T

2. The dimensions of the main frame of the midship transfer vehicle are: length (9060mm ± 5mm) * width (2000mm ± 5mm) * height (720mm ± 10mm), and the width dimensions do not include flipping legs;

3. Equipped with corresponding support feet, the lifting of the support feet adopts manual lifting method, and the lifting adjustment stroke should be greater than 200mm. The support foot can be lifted and lowered under full load, and the lifting rod needs to be easily disassembled and equipped with a storage location for easy storage;

4. The length of the guide rails at both ends of the midship section is 1.5M each;

5. Equipped with an integral traction rod under full load in the midship section;

6. Rivet stainless steel anti-skid plates on the transfer vehicle, with the dimensions shown in Figure 82.203. The size of the anti-skid plate is 1963mm at the traction rod end, 1113mm on both sides at the other end, and 1500mm in the middle. The installation surface of the guide rail is not riveted to the anti sliding plate, and the surface of the anti sliding plate is not painted;

7. The bearing capacity of the rotating assembly meets the technical requirements of the drawing by 20T;

8. Other requirements for the midship section transfer vehicle shall refer to the requirements for the bow section transfer vehicle.

The 18 ton large boat transfer tool, flat trailer, and Nangong vehicles have been non standard customized for a long time, and can be used on waterways, with a large load capacity and low cost. Application: Used for short distance turnover transportation of yachts, ships, ships, etc. It can be customized non-standard, and can be processed and produced for light and heavy yachts.
